I bought an electric scooty eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

It takes a month-long to get the battery replacement and also the digital meter.
It only gives the range of 38 kms against 55kms as per the company promise. The reason they provide is for the double seat the range reduces to 40kms.
