I am from Katni district of Madhya Pradesh. It's been 6 months that I'm facing problem as no proper service is being provided by the company and so is my dealer. Spare parts not available in dealer point, fail brand product by hero electric scooter. I will not recommend this disappointing scooter to anyone.

The hero should call back the entire supplies. Hero is pushing products without addressing the issues. Never depend on after-sales support from the dealer side as well as hero electric. I bought a hero electric approx 2 years ago with a warranty of 3 years but then onward issues like breaking, charger, weak body, and inferior quality tyres were replaced within 6 months after purchase scooter never stop coming and now a new issue arose scooter not starts... And dealer rejected to repair scooter and suggested selling it for scrap. The wort class service and after-sales support from hero electric...
