I bought an electric scooty eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. These issues, along with the previously mentioned wobbling, have made the ride uncomfortable and risky. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

Hello, I booked my optima hx(dual battery) on 14 Sep 2021. I had been told that I would get my bike's delivery in the next two months. It has been almost 2yrs since then and I haven't received any confirmation message/e-mail from hero electric regarding my vehicle's delivery. I would like to know when I am going to get my vehicle since it has been a long time and I haven't received any confirmation from their side. So request you all not to purchase this bike.

This vehicle is good for environment . Other vehicle produced the bad gases and heat. Nowadays, petrol prices are increased . Electric vehicle is cheaper as compared to petrol. Soundless vehicle. Boot space is large. Maintenance cost low as compared to petrol vehicle
