I am frustrated with the service of hero electric. I had a battery replacement 45 days ago and now it is not working. I'm tired of visiting the service station. I have experienced the worst service in my life. It seems like a service station doesn't have enough stock of accessories like batteries and all. They don't want to give service to existing customers. My request number is b303 please look into it. If you cannot proceed on this request let me know. I will start looking for a good lawyer and process further.

We purchase this bike 1 year ago. Initially 3-4 months the bike works smoothly but after that inspire to give regular services every month for some reason the bike stops working. Sometimes even it stops working while driving and due to this, we face many problems and the service center does not give proper service that's why every month some problem occurs and we have to face problems. The body fiber is also not good.
