Buying the bike was easy as the salesperson was eager to sell it. However, they didn't even let the users have a proper Test ride.
In my case, I had to visit the service centre just 10 days after purchase. Everything in my bike stopped working headlights wouldn't turn on, the meter wouldn't display anything, no indicator, and Self-start would work when the bike was in neutral.
And after that, my bike was at the service centre for almost 1 month. I visited the service centre more than 10 times during that period each time they would say it would be fixed tomorrow, or the technician who knew about it was away on training or they had requested help from Hero's main office, but nothing was happening. At last, I had to take the legal route and reach out to a lawyer and only when we served them a legal notice was it finally fixed.
It's been 1 year since then, the main problem with the bike is that its mileage is comparable to 350 cc bikes like Hunter Or Royal Enfield Classic, it's even worse than these. In my case, the maximum mileage I ever got is 30. I even met a guy who had purchased the top model with the telescopic forks and that guy told me that he gets a mileage of 25 and he was so frustrated that he was even planning to sell it.
One other problem with the bike is in the morning if I ride it at a very low speed, like 15-20 kmph it would go like it's taking air and sometimes even stop abruptly. I reported this problem to the service centre on my 2nd service and they replaced some parts and it made it even worse. Especially in winter, I cannot go below 20 Or it would stop. Every time I cross a speed breaker in the morning it creates problems so much so that it's frustrating.
Feels like Hero didn't know what it was doing while manufacturing this. Not a good experience so far.

Pros -
1. Ride quality is excellent even for longer rides.
2. Road stability and front-end feel during high-speed rides are good.
3. In dense city traffic vehicles don't feel heavy or don't feel any engine heat.
4. Vibration is also well contained
5.LCD display gives a plethora of information and overall display quality, especially in direct sunlight is also good.
6. Mileage is also good around 40 to 45 KMPL after one service.
7. The engine is superbly refined.
8. Brakes are excellent with dual-channel ABS.
Cons -
1. Bit Overpriced
2. Seat height is suited for tall riders (although I don't have any problem according to my height of 5.11 )
3. The fuel gauge sometimes shows incorrect fuel quantity.
4. connectivity options are not class-leading.

The best bike in this segment. Comfort, style, economy. It's now nearly 2000 km. Getting 47 km per ltr. Engine performance and sound are really good. Wide tires allow you to go steady at a very slow speed. Sometimes tried to put sixth gear, it's just five only. It's a little heavy too. Dont know how the side stand carries this weight.

Very good bike this bike pickup is extraordinary I love it, compared to the ns160, n160, rtr160 4v. looks very good, this bike suspension is very impressive. I've traveled from Pondicherry to Bangalore this bike has great experience and this puppy engine fully refined engine maintains every 3000km once good for the bike.
