I am riding this bike since Jan 2022, the worst thing about it is breaking, every month we have to go for its setting, and while braking it has noise. Local dealers don't have quality service boys they are only just to laytime. Also, there is a problem with the front wheel its alloy differs not exactly from left to right.

My bike has no indication of battery life and is solved at 7-9 months local dealer has not taken action when I emailed to company online site take action and at last my wheel motor problem solved in 15 days but not good. Action for the service team. bad experience in the service team.

Hero optima is one of the best e-scooters available in the market. I am running it for 40-50 km on daily basis. In the last 3 years, i have only got the charger replaced that was also in the 3rd year. It's really a zero maintenance e-scooter. I would recommend to go for this as trail.
Items that have been required to replaced/repaired in the last 3 years are::
1. Back tyre
2. Charger replacement
Other than the above mentioned items, i paid zero amount to maintain this e-scooter.

I had a bit of problem finding an all-rounder electric scooter that didn't require license. When i came across this hero optima electric scooter, it was like love at first sight. It has great looks, also the performance is not that bad, rather worth the price. The hero optima is incredibly lightweight, weighing around 73 kgs. It can take upto 160 kgs, but its not recommended to give the scooter so much of pressure. Its pickup is a little disappointing. The scooter takes its own time to fire up . It reaches the max speed(illegally increased), 40 kmph(illegal speed without license) only when the battery is full. Battery performance degrades with time being. Charging frequency increases. Can climb medium steep slopes even with pillion at a little slow speed. This scooter can cover a distance of 50-60 km with full charged battery. One full charge takes about 4-5 hours. The suspension is unexpectedly great. Servicing of the scooter is recommended after every 3 months. It doesn't cost much, nothing compared to normal petrol vehicles. Would like to conclude by saying that the hero optima electric scooter is perfect for teens, who like to ride scooters illegally to colleges , classes,etc. Also it is worth its price which is around 40k. I would personally recommend this scooter if your are looking for an electric vehicle. Thanks!
