Buying the Hero Glamour was a satisfying experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me through the various models and features available. They took the time to understand my preferences, helping me choose the perfect variant, The Bike has smooth riding performance and is easy to ride on any type of road. Looks very vibrant and sleek design of the light, seat and engine placement, and is equipped with analog meter. Servicing and maintenance is low in an affordable for us and very economical. Pros: Hero Glamour is designed stylishly with fuel-efficient features and has comfortable riding with good features like analog meter and disc brake. Cons: While the Hero Glamour offers a good balance of power and fuel efficiency, some riders may find its power output slightly limited for aggressive riding or high-speed highway overtakes.

The bike started having problems even before the first service. The i3s was not always working, the engine sounded faulty and there was a problem with the accelerator cable. After the service the bike will be alright for a week, then the engine sound changes to creaky. I've now owned this bike for 3 years and I had replaced most parts of it in the service centers, starting from the battery (2 times), tires (2 faulty tires when I bought the bike), brake fluid reservoir leakage, front forks oil seal damage (changed 2 times), engine crank, bore, crankshaft, chain sprockets (3 times), chain, timing chain tensioner, voltage regulator, speedometer cable(2 times). The bikes are of very cheap quality. Never buy a hero!

Recently I purchased a glamour black and accent model. Nowadays xtec model is only available.
The buying experience was good. On road price for the disc variant in Pune is around 1lac 5k. My riding experience was also good. It has a smooth engine and good pickup. Better road grip. Sporty and stylish look. Engine performance is also good. 1st servicing is yet to be done. Exhaust sound far better than honda shine. Go for xtec disk variant for a better braking system.

* getting mileage around 50+
*initial pickup is good
*led headlights
*sporty look.
*comfortable for daily ride
* Build quality is also good as compared with honda shine.
Cons -
* 1st gear sometimes stuck but it will be improved after service.
* engine kill switch missing.
* hero company should provide headlights on /off switch like previous models.
