First time I chose Hero Glamour Xtech bike mileage is above 50 even in traffic suspension and bike build quality is good so I chose hero bike also I suggest to my friends to purchase this bike. Now total 3900 km driven. Specialy I purchased this bike for mileage but I am with look the feature body quality. I am happy now.

Good bike I have ride it for 58000kms no major issues till now I just changed chain sprocket twice in whole 58k km, it gives overall good mileage of 57km per litre and it gives us good comfort and stylish looks, and ii thought company should increase the switch quality and focus on front headlight lighting.

I had purchased Glamour XTEC in October 24.
One month later, the bike engine started shutting down whenever you try to slow down from 5th gear to 1st or 2nd gear.
Even while slowing down at breakers or suddenly while you're running on a highway in a normal 40 to 50 KMPH.
The engine cut off multiple times.
Service advisor has no idea regarding this failure in the XTEC model, they just try to close the Job card by saying the vehicle is fine there is no issue in the cutoff.
Mileage is below expectations
48 to 50 kmpl City
52 to 55 kmpl Highway
I had complained 8 to 10 times regarding this issue in the service centre but to date no solution.
Waste of money,1.2 lacs instead, we had multiple options in the market for the same amount.
The last option is to file a complaint in the consumer court for the same.
Either give us the replacement with another vehicle or money back.
A big nooooooooo.

The seat is very uncomfortable for just little long rides, the service experience is very great too, and the best tip is to run the bike on eco mode for extra fuel saving.
