All 4 and 5-star reviews are fake, only 1 star should be given. Hopeless bike. The mileage is just around 35 and the steering vibrates a lot at a speed of around 20. Bad ride quality. Bad decision to trust and own this, is there any way I get a refund, pls let me know. How can a company like Hero give such an experience? Very Dissatisfied.

Avoid sudden acceleration which reduces your mileage. The Hero Xoom's overall ergonomics are comfortable for most riders. You're sat upright, the floorboard is flat, there isn't reach to the handlebars and there's ample room for you to move your feet. The seat too is well-padded and supportive.
