Good suspension best for small city

After a lot of research for 1 month, I finally bought jupiter 125 white variant alloy wheels in December 22 for rs.1.22 lakhs on road. The showroom person provided all the required info. The engine is smooth...Self starts very well even if not used for 2-3 days. I very much liked the seat underneath space ...I keep my office files easily ...I use them only for local city rounds... On average I got 48 kmpl after 2 months of riding. Total 500 km run. It's beautiful. Best for city rounds. With good suspension.

Very the worst bike i ever used in my life.Seems the parts are old. the noise came from the drum(break) from the purchase date onwards. To date, it has even been repaired by the service center.Mileage only 30 to 35. But showing 43+ on the average. Suddenly the miles got reduced and the points got reduced on the petrol meter. When I take this bike. The expected km to ride is shown as 93 km. just ride 3 km after that the expected km is shown as 62, etc. This was happened 3 times to date. ( Only 4 months since I bought this bike) . I filled the tank fully. after riding 5 to 10 km one point suddenly reduced. it's magic on the board.I don't recommend this bike. every day I worry about using this bike.

Most practical and value for money scooter
1 year ago
Santosh
The buying experience was great. Got the scooter on 1st day Power is right on spot even with a pillion. The looks are stunning the front Drls and the diamond-cut alloy wheels make the scooter look superb and the seat is also very long 2 riders can ride very comfortably. Braking is very good And the suspension is a bit on the stiffer side but makes confidence at higher speeds. The boot space is the largest in a segment you won't find any scooter that has such boot space. Servicing is ok Maintenance is also ok

Smooth but a lot of downfalls

Using it for daily use. everything is good but the battery is so weak I had to change the battery just within two months and no clicker which is a downfall. weight management is not so good feels so light when driving with people around ninety KGs. So overall it's good when it comes to a smooth ride. Can't really depend on this bike but when a new battery is on it, it's a pure family ride for sure.

The buying experience is moderate. The riding experience is good. Performance is good but the electrical component is poor. Service is highly poor. Customer care is also just for the formalities, not for customers. Even if we share something they don't want to listen to, he urged me to cut my call. Please take care of the customers. After having used the TVS Phoenix 125 for 10 years, the family decided to go for a 125cc scooter. TVS Jupiter 125 cc was not the first choice. Do not get me wrong, my family has owned 3 two-wheelers from the brand starting with the 50cc moped going all the way back to 1986. I have always had a great experience with the quality of the vehicles. The after-sales part left a bad taste in the mouth. But anyway, there was a voting with the missus and son voting for Jupiter 125 non-X smart variant and we went to the dealership and paid an advance amount of Rs.5K to confirm our interest. The payment was made and the vehicle was delivered after 15 days. The delay was put to the non-availability of the HSRP. In contravention to the rules, the dealership bolted the HSRP instead of making the same tamperproof. I had the same experience when the Phoenix was to fit with the HSRP.It was today that the first service-free one was carried out. I only had to pay for the engine oil. The service centre was crowded being a Sunday. But I was not required to wait for long. So, I have absolutely no complaints as far as the service experience is concerned. I am happy with the performance of the vehicle. Having been a bike user for nearly 20 years, I initially searched for the clutch lever, gear pedal, and brake pedal. Talk about muscle memory! With nearly a month of usage, I am now comfortable. The space for keeping bags etc. is very good. That is one of the main reasons why I opted for the scooter and not a bike.I have certain observations where TVS deserves appreciation.Firstly, the positioning of the fuel tank under the footboard frees up a lot of space under the seat.Secondly, the positioning of the fuel intake cap in the front also makes a lot of sense as far as convenience goes. But there are also some cons. The capacity of the fuel tank which is limited to just 5 litres is not adequate. Considering there is now the fuel injection system, it is very cumbersome to make frequent trips to the filling stations. Secondly, it requires patience from the filling attendant as there is overflow even when a small quantity is put into the tank. Thirdly, the use of a single key to operate everything can wear out the key soon. Finally, the fit and finish and the quality of the switchgear can be improved. The switchgear does not inspire much confidence. But at the end of the day, I am a happy owner of TVS Jupiter 125cc.

Poor battery life

Siva
I purchased Jupiter 125 in June 2022. I use it every day for 15 minutes to drive my kid to school and for other occasional usages for nearby markets. I didn't use it for a week once, and the battery (Tata batteries) is totally dead and it didn't get charge again as well and I had to purchase a new one. The fuel tank gets filled for 250 rupees (~2.5 - 3 litres) despite the claimed 5 litres capacity. Overall, not satisfied.

Good suspension best for small city
Avinash
After a lot of research for 1 month, I finally bought jupiter 125 white variant alloy wheels in December 22 for rs.1.22 lakhs on road. The showroom person provided all the required info. The engine is smooth...Self starts very well even if not used for 2-3 days. I very much liked the seat underneath space ...I keep my office files easily ...I use them only for local city rounds... On average I got 48 kmpl after 2 months of riding. Total 500 km run. It's beautiful. Best for city rounds. With good suspension.

Dont buy TVS Jupiter 125

1 year ago

The buying experience was great. Got the scooter on 1st day Power is right on spot even with a pillion. The looks are stunning the front Drls and the diamond-cut alloy wheels make the scooter look superb and the seat is also very long 2 riders can ride very comfortably. Braking is very good And the suspension is a bit on the stiffer side but makes confidence at higher speeds. The boot space is the largest in a segment you won't find any scooter that has such boot space. Servicing is ok Maintenance is also ok

Smooth but a lot of downfalls
Aswin
Using it for daily use. everything is good but the battery is so weak I had to change the battery just within two months and no clicker which is a downfall. weight management is not so good feels so light when driving with people around ninety KGs. So overall it's good when it comes to a smooth ride. Can't really depend on this bike but when a new battery is on it, it's a pure family ride for sure.

My message to tvs

The buying experience is moderate. The riding experience is good. Performance is good but the electrical component is poor. Service is highly poor. Customer care is also just for the formalities, not for customers. Even if we share something they don't want to listen to, he urged me to cut my call. Please take care of the customers. Then only become TVs sustain.

Good but can be improved
