The longest-running production motorcycle has finally come of age, 92 years later. The 2023 iteration of the Bullet 350 is mature, still manages to tug at your heartstrings with its iconic thump, and also stays true to what it's always known for: a no-nonsense motorcycle that’s retro through and through. Here’s how Royal Enfield did that: We gotta say, the J-platform engine (transplant) felt like an aging person getting a new lease of life from a brand new heart. It’s light years ahead in refinement than the UCE (Unit Construction Engine) that the older Bullet 350 had. Even when the revs feel out of syllabus, it still thumps along unyieldingly, like a Terminator steadily walking towards its target, Sarah Connor. 80kmph? No problem. 100kmph? Yes, why not? 110+kmph? Well, sure thing! As I kept pushing the bike to its limits with a wide open throttle, the Bullet whizzed past traffic, chasing the horizon relentlessly. There was a slight buzz from around 90kmph, but nothing too worrisome. Just like the Classic, it can stay comfortably at 90-100kmph all day long with nary a stress. As I said, this Bullet is like a mature youth who doesn’t complain when pushed out of his comfort zone.

Disconnect the battery cable from the negative port to avoid battery discharge. Activate all cables like the clutch, accelerator and brake cables, once a week, to avoid rusting and settlement. Apply Chain Cleaner and Lube to prevent rusting. Clean your motorcycle with water and wipe down with a dry cloth, periodically.

Really smooth buying experience. Right from stepping into RE showroom the feeling of buying something solid and long-lasting keeps peeping in mind.Took a test drive with wife on a pillion seat. And on the first speed bump only she gave the green signal to buy. Suspension set up, seat cushions, no vibrations, and that trademark dug thump that it's "GAME OVER" This time RE has hit the bull's eye with Bullet 350.So many things improved like Broad tires, a new engine, an electronic display, ABS, and the feel. I don't have to put on headphones while riding I am listening to dug dug melody of Bullet. It is like a bike saying 'Come on !! Ride me more.' And believe me, so many heads turn while she moves around the city. I have done 1000 km now and every time I start my bike that just makes my smile wider. Give me 38 kmpl in Mumbai. Service was also not so costly. The maximum speed I rode up to 100 but very few vibrations and the bike could go further. I chose the black color it is great. And handling traffic is easier.

Just follow service manual and now it is on app also. It gives almost exact calculation. Try to clean your bike with dry cloth . The more you wipe more it shines😜and remember go slow to steal the show 😬

The truth is, I loved riding the Bullet 350. The lack of power forces us speed-hungry journalists to ride the bike to its absolute limit, resulting in a strangely-exciting ride. You might think I’m just being nice, but I genuinely mean it. To get the most out of the Bullet 350, you have to ride it hard. Call me crazy, but I find that kind of fun.And besides, the Bullet 350 has simple, old-school character. So many modern bikes are missing style and soul, but Royal Enfield does a good job of retaining it. The Bullet 350 stands out visually, but it also feels like you’re riding an old bike (albeit, with crisper throttle response and better suspension). Whether you’re riding down the coast or just to the shops, there is something adventurous about riding a bike like this.
