Their staff is quite nice and helpful.2. The bike is awesome , i am riding it to office daily and till now no major problem has occurred. 3. Bike is giving average of 50 km in city highway. And yes the look of this bike is more cooler than the similar range bikes.4. Went for only one for servicing . And it's only 6 months not much maintenance required.5. Pros and cons cannot be decided by reading others review you have ride a bike yourselves to know about its good and bad.Bike is perfect to buy.
