After that the next main topic is mileage. I would say it's bad. I mean 12-15 km/ltr.

Company promised for 35 and it's not even 20.

I won't recommend.

Go for another bike if you have little more budget.

This is to inform that, i had overcome a irritating and annoying service provided by um commando service station in nandanam chennai. Within a span of 3 months of time, i had faced numerous issues with the performance and service of the bike, it was really hard to move on in the road with this bike, anticipating performance flaw in the road side, every 15 days once some issues are popping up with the performance, every time service team is giving a temporary solution and doesn't diagnose the actual issue, and they are not ready to hear about the day to day difficulties faced by the consumer, who had paid his hard earned money. My profession is driven through travelling, as a passion towards modern bikes, i had chosen um, but am literally worrying for the flaw decision i had done in my life.

i bought a um renegade commando bike for me. It was a tie up with um lohia motors in india. I spent more than 2 lakh rupees on this bike. Now, um do not have any tie up with any of the companies in india. I have a simple question. How it is possible that a company sold thousands of bikes and now they are not providing services to their customers? how government has allowed them to do the business without any contract and services to their customers?I saw reviews and read news too that um is not working nowadays in india. If it is, then what should i do with this bike? it’s one of the expensive bikes and i cannot sell it on a nominal value. However, without service it is of no use to me. Actually my bike is not working properly and i am trying to connect with service center but their phones are not working and are unreachable. Can someone please confirm me what should i do with this and for its spare parts? This is the not an exception and most of um customers are waiting for answer from government of india and um motorcycles ltd too. However, we are not understanding where to go and what to do after spending 2 lakh rupees on motorcycle.

I purchased a motor vehicle from bhagwati motors gurgaon (vehicle details:-regn date 18/01/2018 renegade commando classic). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because it is leaking a lot of oil from the engine. Authorized service center mechanic inspected my vehicle and said that they need to work in engine they open the head and all..But its only 1400-1500kms approx i don't want to get my engine to be opened or any kind of work to be done in it as its been only 1 months 26 days.No action till now from um.

Excellent bike in reasonable price. The mixture of bullet & Harley. You feel during the ride like a prince. Maintenance is too low. In pickup and looking no body can beat this bike in this price. A dream come true for those people who don't be able to purchase Harley Davidson. So, please go and catch it quickly.

Don't buy this bike because poor service facility as it's having very few service center ,1 month Color fade , self problem, 2500 km clutch problem, mileage problem , speedometer problem, cylinder leak, chain loosening problem, back shocker problem Poor commitment on service warranty Um bike company.

Amazing experience of more than 1 year, i have ride off road on road, highways, city everywhere amazing experience.Not at all a vibrations like re at top speed also it feels to throttle more and more,sitting comfort with wide handlebars feels like heaven,i ride renegade sports s. Lucky to be a part as a um customer.

I was the first couple of guys to get this bike from bangalore, the day i bought it only the bike started to give trouble. The showroom guys and service centers are worst. This is not a bike , but a rust bucket. All screws are rusted, the frame has started to rust. The company or the showroom guys take no responsibility. We created a group of 50 people who bought this , um intended to create a group like harley and make a club. I hardly found anyone who was happy with this bike. My humble and sincere suggestion to people who are researching to buy this bike pls dont go for any models of um global. buying experience: i waited for close to a year to get this bike , i was very unhappy after buying this bike riding experience: its good in highways, it can be fun but no reliability details about looks, performance etc: if you don't start the bike for 2 - 3 days then u need to jump start it, rust everywhere, where ever u look in the bike u can find rust. The engine heats a lot in the city and the heat is diverted towards your left thigh. Some engines have had major issues, i was one of the lucky few who don't have engine issues . servicing and maintenance: worst service by both bangalore service agents. I gave my bike for service, they said its done i went there, they had not done anything and they said they will give in 15 mins , then when i shouted at them they said they will give in 3 days and dented my tank in a place where i could not see and gave it back. People said after service bike used to give more issues and to get the issues fixed we had to go to service station multiple times. pros and cons: only pro is u like how it rides in the highway without vibration when compared to bullet, apart from that everything is a con.People who paid 2 lakhs and bought it are not able to see their bike for 60000 even with meter reading as less as 4000.
