The pros: looks are similar to the successful gixxer, efficient engine, precise gearbox, stable at high speeds, can go upto  kmpl. The cons: the bike is similar to its previous model gixxer in every field, except sf gets a bigger cowl, there is nothing sporty in it. The crux: sparing some minor flaws the gixxer sf has good ergonomics, ride, suspension and quality. It is full-faired motorcycles with limited budget.Simply i say super bike for long and short rides. I am feeling excited on riding with full acceleration.

I'll say the only thing is please launch the led headlamps , increase the ground clearance of this bike and the important one is please please get the clip-on handle bar on sf carb and fi too.

Reduce the price of carburetor version (ABS).

I like this bike very much.. Sporty look, great styling, comfortable. When someone ride the person look great because of the looks.. Powerful engine, great handling makes the bike more popular. 1.First off this bike in 155 cc segments i think best value for money bike in the market 2. This bike is very comfortable in long distance ride, so we can say that this is tourer bike , very comfortable 3.It is good looking bike and no doubt about performance i tried this bike 1400 km in 24 hours .4. Low service cost because parts quality of this bike is awesome all the parts is very high quality as comparison other 150 cc segment 5.U can use is for long distance tour ,brakes are very powerful so it is good for safety, very smooth and i don't feel any cons in it after 2.5 year.

The gixxer is a very neat-looking motorcycle, with a hint of sportiness to it. The sweptback headlamp, with that tiny fairing that sits atop it, looks attractive and full of intent. It houses a compact, all-digital instrument cluster that’s filled to the brim with information – like a speedometer, odometer, two trip meters, in-gear indicator and fuel level meter – much like the bigger gsx-r1000. When you turn on the ignition, the gixxer makes its sporty intentions known with a ‘go ready’ message on the orange-lit display.

The tank is heavily sculpted, and leaves more than enough room for your hands and knees when taking turns, while the new 155cc engine sits pretty, mounted on the single downtube frame. Those y-shaped 3-spoke alloys lend the bike a grown-up sports-bike look. The single-piece seat gives the rider and pillion ample room to adjust themselves for a comfortable long-distance ride. However, the seat cushion is a bit stiff. The pillion rider sits higher, too, which provides him/her a good view of what is to come down the road. The shapely rear section of the motorcycle looks streamlined, with a nice flow from the tank, all the way past the flashy chrome dual exhausts.

Best for touring .Need to concentrate on improving the power and pillion comfort. Gixxer sf is little bit expensive.Then it's revivals.But extra paid money is worth it. Stylish look. Especially wind tunnel testing is good. Help in touring.Daily commuting is good but clutch is hard. Gixxer s the best in the segment.

I own gixxer sf blue 2015 model and really enjoyed it. Driven about 11,000 kms until now and getting a mileage of 58 kms per litre. With single disc i have tried emergency breaks in highway at 95 km/hr speed and it stops with in few inches.Max speed driven 106 kms / hour.Worth to buy for 1 lakh rupees, when compared with r15, cbr150. Cons: pillion seat, clutch sound, average suspension. After hills drive u have to soon change oil.
