Every time I ride it in the rain, water enters the battery dcu and I have to reach out to service. They changed the battery 2 times in a month but are still afraid to take it out. Not a convenient bike to rely on. I faced problems from day 1. Service is responsive but the bike is not worth. The gear shift is not as smooth as petrol bikes.

Best electric bike and feels like we ride on a petrol bike. Most comfortable bike and look wise very good bike and its motor power is very good compared to other electric bikes. The build quality is also very good. I love this bike and this bike is in high demand in the Indian market. Buy this bike and enjoy the ride.

The range, which they claim is highly false and in reality it only shows/gives 110 km on full charge. Not even 125 km apart from it, the noise bike males are similar to E-rickshaws. Overall, this commuter bike's performance, handling and value for money are good. To the company, please claim the true range.
