The buying experience was good with less paperwork, I am riding the bike at a much higher height since my last bike which was Hero Splendor was kind of small compared to Hero Passion Pro. About mileage, I find very minor differences between these two bikes with splendor being the dominating compared to passion. But when it comes to comfort and riding pleasures, Passion is the best bike. Very low maintenance and low cost spare genuine parts

I own this bike on 18.10.2021 I drive upto 1850 kms and the gear shifting is too hard one day when I put my 3rd gear it sounds worst and the bike is not running on the road and I took to service center thay said to that the 3rd gear was broken they took 20 days to solve the problem after now only it's running smoothly.

The first thing is gear shift problem in this bike. Next too much of vibration. Very worst bike. If you want to take risk go to this bike if you don't want risk go to other brands.
Another thing in this bike safety wise not improved. Engine runs two kilometers . Gives more heat. I want to say Hero Motocorp company improve quality check then sell your bike.
