After 2 years scooter stopped moving, no genuine service guys to work,
Showroom dealers are themselves not picking up the calls, I had purchased in okinawa showroom thowlichowki ,
Please don't go with this.
My problem with the bike is when switched on (battery on) bike does not move even if we raise the accelerator .

The availability and quality of spare parts were also major concerns, leading to prolonged periods of scooter disrepair. Overall, the underwhelming service experience overshadowed any positive aspects of the Gemopai Ryder, I would recommend Gemopai to focus on after sales support services.
