The after-sales services are the worst. They are inconvenient, the company doesn't respond, and the helpline number is useless, they give the same excuses but no solutions. The parts used in the vehicle are not durable, and the seats are not comfortable. The charger has its troubles as well. Overall the vehicle is economical but the after-sales services are not good. Parts are never available.

Ridiculous company and service

I have purchased magnus ex from Bhilwara showroom and their service is just pathetic my scooter horn is not working and the battery is also not working now. I have sent it to the company and it's been 2 months now I have not received my battery or any satisfying reply from them. Not seen such a pathetic ridiculous company in my life.

Vehicle range from one single charge of fifty-five kilometers charging time of four to five hours and auto cut-off charger. Looking is proper vehicle is not a toy
