Suzuki hayate ep is much better than honda, hero, bajaj and other 110 cc bike in all respects. I get mileage about 60 km in city. It smoothly run on top gear at even low speed in city condition. My all family members just love ride of this.I suppose less sell of this bike is due to poor marketing and dealers reluctance.

Be unique with Hayate

I bought Hayate older version in Jan 2013. price was Rs 53600 in Tiruchengode. More person scolded me that why you are going to suzuki bikes which are not having resale value. i didn't bother about it .because i love suzuki .
I use it for my daily ride of 40kms. feel comfortable while ride at maximum of 50kmph.if crosses 65kmph,starts to vibrate..
maximum speed achieved was 90kmph. maximum mileage 70kmpl.
looks not bad in older version... current version looks good.very less engine noise..
servicing at authorised centre is OK..outside service cost is somewhat lower than own centre.i have crossed around 48000km in 5 years. changed chain sprocket in 26000km. changed rear tyre in 29340km. front MRF tyre is still running. may be run up to 50000km. changed battery after 4 years..
maintenance cost not high..
pros:
less noise, good pickup, doesn't need to change gear frequently in speed breakers, cushion sheet , very good suspension.
Cons:
In older version, fiber materials quality not good like back tail, side fiber..
30 percent spares not available instantly in all Suzuki service centre.
back side ,no tyre grip as back side weight is less..(need to use high friction tyre than company tyre)
Poor marketing of suzuki made Hayate as not a famous one.
