Excellent riding comfort, super good pillion riding comfort, excellent riding pleasure, smooth gear shifting, very good engine performance usually I get around 40 kms of mileage only if I put good fuel (usually I fill bharat petrol from a spefic dealer), I always prefer shell semi-synthetic oil every 5k kms.

It was my dream to own a std bullet since my teenage, i always craving to taste the pleasure of riding bullet, it was the most remembering moments when I rode my friend's father's bullet or anyone come to home with a bullet I ask them a ride and sometimes I take it for hours, at last at the age of 31 I bought my first bullet std, 1.Wonderful riding comfort 2.Easy handling 3.Best motorcycle for touring 4.Super friendly engine and easy to maintain 5.Packet friendly maintenance cost and decent mileage

It has been 25 days since I bought RE bullet 350 onyx black. The bike is perfect and it is most comfortable for riding but the negative part is the dealership (annai motors, Trichy) and the way they treat the customer. I received the bike in a poor condition because it was on-demand, the petrol tank, tail light had a lot of dust scratches and the bike seat looked old and damaged. When I raised a complaint to the royal enfield customer support team I didn't get a resolution for it and they didn't care about it because there are many common people who are waiting to buy royal enfield (the major reason for royal enfield dealers and customer support for not respecting the customer). I raised a complaint at the time of delivery of the bike but till now i didn't get any resolution. This needs to be looked at carefully by the company. Other than that I'm happy with the performance.
