Terrible customer support!!!!

Despite caution from many, I decided to buy the OLA S1Pro, and I must say the experience was quite good. In <6 months, problems begin to crop up ( brake pad, charging cap opening) and most recently HANDLE WILL NOT UNLOCK, I realise, customer support is TERRIBLE. DON'T BUY!! I have had a very bad experience trying to get OLA to get their Road Side Assist to take my scooter to their experience centre. After this was finally done, the scooter would not unlock the very next day. I am now in warranty and will be out of it very soon. As it ages, I am sure there are going to be a lot more such issues, which I dread. If you are ready to be stranded on the street not knowing what to do, please go ahead and buy!!!

It was worst purchase experience, since last one month it was due to deliver and customer care does not have any clue, all documents, registration completed within 10-11 days from purchase, however since last 3 weeks it is pending to deliver. If customer is paying upfront full amount how come company cheat and could not deliver product within agreed time. Forgot about agreed time you have to follow up repeatedly with customer care w/o any clue what is process they follow, if you want waste your money and have worst purchase experience , buy OLA electric scooter. Right now i do not have any experience on OLA scooter driving so can't comment on quality, but i can guess that will also be sub standard, post sale will have same pathetic customer service, so suggest you based on my experience stay away from OLA.

Horrible service support ever seen in life

1. The buying experience was good and smooth.2. Riding is also good, getting good mileage and power3. Looks goodNow comes the main things why I don't recommend this bike to anyone. Look at the youtube and online reviews, OLA really suck on service. The service center doesn't even bother to answer your query or resolve it. They are only interested in general service (that's the only thing they know). They say they don't get extra training or manpower to maintain a good service level. We had an issue with breaking and we were behind the Service center for almost a month. We did escalations via email, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, no use. Even tagging the CEO doesn't work out, for each, they will answer we are working on your issue, and it's escalated. But if you ask for how long the escalated issue will go on, they will again say the same comment, no answer for the asked questions. We did follow up for almost 30 + days and then left it. Sold the bike now can't tolerate this f***ng service level.Best of luck to those who still go for it god save you.Better to go with any brand company like TVS or Hero even though the range is less, you will have peace of mind. If not wait for their best products to come.

OLA worst service
Anshu
Very poor service for 20 days my scooter is at home and shows a system issue but the service team as well as the sales team is not responding. I got the problem from day 1 but was unable to resolve it. The Ola Electric app is also not working and not showing my scooter. Very bad experience after purchasing this scooter.

Worst experience using ola vehicle (S1 X+)
Anu
The vehicle was delivered late after booking and after using for 3months the Ola vehicle, it has started giving problems. There is also proper support and service from Ola customer service. I started hating this vehicle, customers will lose hope if they do so. Very worst experience. It stops suddenly, and don't get started.

Fun OLA Fantastic scooter.

Manoj
OLA scooters are really game-changers in the automobile industry. The booking and delivery of the scooter are far better than before. Good response from the sales and service team as well. The scooter is lightweight and has good pickup in its competitor's range. Kottayam has hardly any fertile roads and the driving is smooth on the ups and downs across the street. The service requirement is still not required. All together a fun bike to ride around.
