KTM India has announced the extension of the service and warranty periods of all its products in India. This extension is applicable to warranty and free services that were previously valid till 31 May, 2021. The validity has been extended until 31 July, 2021.
The decision was taken due to pandemic-induced lockdowns and travel restrictions in several states across India. The extension is valid on all KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles. Speaking about the extension, Sumeet Narang, President, Bajaj Auto (Probiking), said that customers may struggle to get their vehicles serviced on time, or avail of warranty benefits that may have expired during this period due to the second wave of the pandemic. Thus, the company has rolled out a two-month warranty and service extension across all KTM and Husqvarna models.
KTM Probiking showrooms across the country will pass on the benefits of extension of free service and warranty to all its customers.
