KTM has launched 200 Duke ABS in India at Rs 1.6 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). It costs a premium of Rs 9,000 over the non-ABS version which retails at Rs 1.51 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Apart from the inclusion of a single-channel ABS unit, the bike remains the same mechanically. It gets a 300mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear that handle braking. The KTM 200 Duke ABS continues to be powered by a 199cc, single-cylinder motor that produces 24.6bhp and 19.2Nm of torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
The ABS variant also does not get any cosmetic updates and sports the same design as the standard bike. It is also offered in the same colour options of orange, white and black. It directly competes with the Mahindra Mojo UT300 here. Bookings for the KTM 200 Duke ABS are yet to begin. However we expect deliveries to commence early next month.
