Ducati is in the process of expanding its famous SuperSport 950 line-up. The company has applied for government approvals for two additional models - the SuperSport T and the SuperSport ST.
From these approval filings, it is clear that the Italian brand will add more variants in its portfolio so that it could target a more focussed set of buyers in Europe and also in the rest of the world. The SuperSport 950 is all about accessible performance, great handling abilities and all of that with an extremely comfortable seating triangle.
With the upcoming SuperSport T and the SuperSport ST, the Italian brand is looking to tap onto a segment where riders want to go long distances on such bikes. So Ducati could give it features like bigger windscreen, more comfortable seats and luggage options. These bikes could also get different tyres and suspension that will help them in various touring situations. However, the exact details will be known only at the time of global unveiling which is likely to happen at the 2023 EICMA Show in Italy.
The new Ducati SuperSport T and the SuperSport ST will definitely come to India. But the prices of these variants will be on the expensive side.
