TVS Motors have lived up to their legacy of showcasing new concepts every Expo with the unveiling of three new concept bikes this year. While the earlier concepts were quite far from production reality, these concepts seem more real.
Riding high on the launch of the new Victor and the Apache RTR 200 last month, TVS has built a bikini-faired racer concept based on the RTR 200. The X21 concept, stunning as it looks, has performance upgrades over the standard RTR. The EntorQ 210 concept scooter moves away from the traditional mopeds and is more of a cross between bikes and scooters. It aims to provide comfort of the scooters along with the utility of motorcycles.
The highlight of the Expo for the TVS stall is their Akula 310 concept. Built to celebrate 33 years of TVS racing, the first fully faired motorcycle from the TVS stable is a mean machine. Based on the BMW G310R, this track machine has been designed with an intent to win.
TVS has also showcased their existing line up of mopeds, scooters and motorcycles at their stall. The XL21 moped stands strong with the Scooty line up and the Jupiter. The motorcycles include the TVS Star City, the newly launched Victor and the RTR series of 160cc, 180cc and latest 200cc motorycles.
