Kawasaki India had discontinued the BS4 Ninja 300 from its lineup in December 2019. Now, this year in March the company has relaunched the bike in its BS6 avatar. The bike is priced at 3.18 lakh ex-showroom. Moreover, the deliveries have also commenced in the country. To know more about the bike, here we bring to you a detailed image gallery of the new Ninja 300.
The design of the fully-faired bike remains similar to its predecessor. However, it does get revised graphics. It also gets ventilation holes in the fairing, the design of which is inspired by the Ninja ZX14R. The bike is available in three colour options: Limegreen, Candy lime green and Ebony.
The Ninja 300 isn't loaded with a lot of features. However, it does get an LED tail-lamp, digital speedometer, analogue tachometer, 2-1 exhaust, assist and slipper clutch and clip-on handlebars.
Powering the bike is a parallel twin liquid-cooled 296cc motor that produces around 38.9bhp at 11,000rpm and 26.1Nm at 10,000. This engine is paired with a six-speed transmission.
The engine on this bike is mounted in a tube diamond, steel frame. The ride here is taken care of by telescopic forks at the front and Bottom-Link Uni-Trak with gas-charged shock at the rear. For braking, it employs a single 290mm petal disc at the front and a 220mm petal disc at the rear with dual-piston calipers.
It runs over 17-inch wheels wrapped in 110/70 section front and 140/70 section rear tyres.
