India will soon play host to an international-style drag racing event in which the most powerful super bikes and cars across the country will take to the tarmac and show their power. Called the Valley run which will be held on 2nd and 3rd March, 2013, will see vehicles competing with each other in a drag race.
The venue for the event is the Aamby valley air strip and has been organised by Elite Octane Inc. Over 300 super cars and super bikes will be attending the event and set to record for the best quarter mile. Around 2000 spectators are expected to witness this event.
The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSI) will be governing this complete event. FMSCI appointed stewards and COC will be part of the main team.
The event will see motorcycle brands like Aprilia, Kawasaki,MV Augusta, BMW and car brands like Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Nissan. Entry form to this event can be found here.
