Buying Experience was excellent. The showroom assistant has complete knowledge of the vehicle. I used to ride this bike every day. For a city like Chennai, it is always good. It looks great and can identify my bike in any crowd. 0 maintenance and servicing so far. Pros: 1) Affordable 2) Eloquent look Cons: In the rainy season may get repairs.

Worst service experience, no response, kind of monopoly once you purchase the product. Waiting time for parts. Poor response time. Monopoly of attending the complaints. Only one official assigned no seniors to him for immediate assistance. Worst post purchase experience.

It was a good buying experience. Very smooth and good riding. The look of the hero electric bike is very nice. The performance of the hero electric bike is good but has to improve a little bit to catch the market's current scenario. Also, servicing experience has to make it better. Now it is good but still, have to make it better.
