Buying Experience was excellent. The showroom assistant has complete knowledge of the vehicle. I used to ride this bike every day. For a city like Chennai, it is always good. It looks great and can identify my bike in any crowd. 0 maintenance and servicing so far. Pros: 1) Affordable 2) Eloquent look Cons: In the rainy season may get repairs.

Need upgrade

1. Don't have comfortable foot rest for pillion ( if women as pillion sits along one side)2. Don't shows proper battery percentage ( leans on the stand on the road )3. It's like bullock cart. Yes we need to brake before 20 meters to stop this vehicle presently4. No need of driving licence and vehicle registration5. Good for senior citizens

I bought a Hero Electric scooter/ Optima 2022 and am using it sparingly. It's a very small vehicle with less comfort. Can be used for city use. Its changing port has broken several times and the body can crack very easily IE is fragile. The rate was cheap after government subsidy. Service for the vehicle is expensive and spares have to come from Punjab. The lady at the service centre tells me that you need to send the damaged part which is under warranty and should take one month to reach Punjab by road and to come back again more than a month then it takes its own time for repair??? She sent my battery charger 2 months ago and am still waiting. It's better not to own this company scooty in Tamil Nadu. Sad I bought Hero Electric scooter Optima.
