I think it's one of our greatest purchases technically it was given to me by my father on my birthday. Riding experience is very good and I feel very comfortable while riding this beast. Looks are definitely good and performance-wise it will beat every other type of bike. Once in 3 months, I service my bike and I like to maintain my bike. The only con is it consumes a lot more petrol than other bikes.

I am a college student and I live 120km from my college so I wanted a bike which can be comfortable for my weekly rides to my home. The bike is so comfortable that how do I complete my journey I don’t understand. The bike is classy as always good work done by RE. I have completed 3 services at the showroom. Pros are comfort, mileage, speed, power, road presence, and many more. Cons would be the engine gets heated so much and weight would be a factor but guys like me (6’1”) don’t have any problem. Overall bike is good.

Occasional commute and weekend ride
Harsh Kumar Sharma
I am a simple rider who wanted to buy a bike for occasional commutes and alternate weekend drives. During long or short rides the bike is smooth and the engine has enough power to make you feel you are gliding with an ultra level of comfort. But during the commute, I have felt that when the bike is standing in traffic or moving very slowly less than 20kmph in traffic, the engine steams up. You will feel hot air near your legs and thighs. Except that everything is fine.

Great bike definitely recommend to anyone who wants a cruiser
2 years ago
Tanmay Tikekar
This is a very good bike, especially for long distance touring. I have been on two rides of 300+ km on it so far, and it has really shone through it. The only problem i have is that with the old classic, which i also owned, the sweet spot for touring was at 80 kph. You could sit on 80 kph all day with no major vibrations, the engine didnt feel stressed. In the meteor, the sweet spot is around 70 kph. If you pull it to 80+ the engine starts to feel like it doesnt want to go that fast. So this bike is definitely not for speed freaks (but then what royal enfield bike is?), but for those who want a classy, super comfortable, relaxed touring experience, i would definitely recommend this bike. Mileage around 30-33. Build quality is excellent.Looks are subjective, i think the classic looks better, but meteor doesnt look bad either. One major con is that the pillion footrest is a major pain. I am 5 ft 10 inch, and for me the pillion footrest is an absolute no-no. I dont know how it would feel for a shorter person, but it gave me cramps. The rider's seat and footrests are super comfortable, but the pillion footrests are a real pain. Overall, would definitely recommend, especially if you are not a speed freak and want a comfortable ride.

1.Buying experience: booked on the launched date delivered on January 21. Except for the price rise on the delivery date, the overall experience was good.2. Riding experience: great in total, value for money. 3. Looks & performance: looks play a 90% part in buying decision for this bike, the old school bezel looks gives it's a classic look with led lights giving trendy look.Performance-wise the bike is good, performance improves post 2nd servicing. Recommend to use shell petrol for good mileage.4. Servicing & maintenance: this would be a costly affair.5. Pros - too many to list but would justify the tag lie every "miss out on nothing"6. Cons: compare to Honda Hness sound of meteor is not up to the mark.
