Ideal bike for youth with decent mileage

I bought yamaha fz bs6 bike in kolkata in 3rd week of june 2020. Overall buying experience was good and staffs of tanushaka yamaha were professional. In terms of riding experience of bike, it's like butter smooth. Needless to say about the fabulous looks of fz series of motorbikes which is popular among youth.I experienced that bike lags at higher speeds over 60kmph. Below that speed(under eco mode) performance is very nice.Normally i ride my bike in eco mode and easily manage to get mileage around 50km/lit.Braking is very nice, it gives confidence to stop bike in short span of time. Rear brake is a bit light but front brakes are perfect.Did 1st servicing of bike on 3rd week of july, it cost me around rs400 & was light on my pocket.Pros- smarty looks and nice performance with decent mileage over 50km/lit.Compared to other bikes in this segment it offers more features like dual disk brakes, digital meter console.Cons- slightly lagging performance at higher speeds over 70kmph.

I love this bike because its one of the mileage spots bike why i am saying because it give me 55+ millage and its sports bike man. It is awesome, i really like this.You can buy this bike with no doubt and enjoy the ride.There is some little problem that is if you ride the bike for long time(3 to 4 hours) may face some back pain issue that's it this the only problem we have.

I’ve been riding the Yamaha FZ FI V3 for the past 1.3 years, and here’s my honest take: • Looks: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – No complaints, the bike looks great. • Performance: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) – For a 150cc bike, the performance is just average. • Mileage: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – One of the few positives, decent mileage for a 150cc. • Fit & Finish: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) – Poor quality; tank panel issues persist even in the 2023 models. • Spare Parts Cost: Insanely overpriced – ₹1,550 for a single tank panel, ₹950 for rear brake pads—ridiculous!Final Verdict:After 1.3 years, I regret buying this bike. The thrill fades quickly, and the absurd spare parts costs will drain your wallet. Meanwhile, your friends on Bajaj bikes will be riding stress-free, enjoying affordable after-sales service.To top it off, Yamaha’s authorized service center “Perfect Riders” in Bangalore (Karnataka) is a complete scam. They charged me ₹6,000 for a single paid service—that’s more than a car service!Bottom line: Avoid this slow-moving “katara” and the scam service at Perfect Riders. Go for a better, more reliable bike!

Good bike Yamaha Fz V3 with good mileage 45 and a good color disc brake back is very good and the front is also very good I live very well this bike horn is also very good for me i like very much this bike blue colour bike I like so much and engine oil is also good mileage and pickup is very good to drive.

I bought this bike in September 2023. Completed 5500km till now. Gone for a long ride and off-road rides as well. Let me share some pros and cons.Pros: 1. The engine is excellent. It's a Japanese engine and there is no way I can doubt it. I have achieved 103kmph top speed till now. Could have achieved more but due to the lack of an empty road, was unable to achieve it. 2. Breaking is amazing. The ABS saved me so many times from fatal accidents. Rare engine braking is good too. 3. The tyre pressure and quality are nice. It's a radial tyre and it helps to control the bike smoothly. The rare wide type gives an amazing grip on the road. 4. Exhaust sound is bold. It suits the bike.5. The clutch works like butter. The mileage I get is 45-48 on the local streets and 55 on long roads. Cons:1. The tank quality is really poor. Even if it is fibre, you can tap it with your 1 finger and it will bend and come back to normal.2. The provided leg guard from the Yamaha showroom is pathetic. It will bend even if you hit it with a cricket bat. 3. The silver colour plate right beside the gear paddle (life side) and right beside the break paddle (right side) will make your shoe black. Because the silver plate releases a black colour once your toe touches it while applying the break or changing the gear. 4. The bike will start vibrating once you cross 63kmph speed on your speedometer. You can not watch anything on the rare view mirror properly after crossing 70kmph5. Yamaha used to provide back tyre leg guards with BS4 engines. Now they provide half mud guard which makes the bike dirty right below the pillion seat. If anyone sits on the pillion seat during the rainy season, their pant will get dirty for sure Rest, the bike is amazing. Best for long rides and senior persons can also sit on it. I chose Yamaha instead of Hero, TVS and Bajaj because of engine reliability and service.
