We were searching low a power e-scooter for my daughter for a daily commute & have checked & inquired about other many brands but not satisfied, I just enquired about this scooter for my daughter & we are happy & decided to purchase in few days. It seems this scooter is safe, & a money saver & useful for all-purpose.

Look better but performance doesn't expect from this company
No service center available. dealer told call customer care for service, there is no servicing provided, lot of maintenance due to cheap spare parts, which need to do from local garage, battery also not working as mentioned by dealer.

Buying an electric bike from Joy E Bike was a great decision as their service is very good and the staff are also very polite. The bike has had almost 10 moths since I bought it and has had no problems so I recommend it to buy.
The looks of the bike is very good and it's performance is also fabulous. The service and the maintenance is not much of it as it is an electric bike.
The bike is not recommended for long travel but good for local traveling.
