I bought the bike honda hornet 160 limited edition in June 2018 and I have driven it about 60000 km. I got a mileage of average 50-52 kmpl. Highest 63kmpl and the lowest 48kmpl. Very reliable. The only drawback is that it has a single spark plug and thus engine heats up pretty soon, but still never gave me problems in the middle of nowhere. I drove continued 120 km without any stop when it crossed 56000 km of the total journey. Good bike and happy to buy it.

1.Buying experience is smooth and quite good .Honda sales persons are good .2. Riding quality is awesome I drove it 52 km daily in city traffic its fun to ride in city traffic .3.Looks wise its best in category heavy tyre giving confidence on ride even on slippery roads . 4.Servicing is same as other same category bikes and maintenance is normal only chain set need to change over a time period .5. Pros - superb 52+ average on daily drive in city 58+on highway . Fun to ride superb handling giving you confidence on highway and city roads .Cons - chain set comes with chain set cover if honda provide chain cover with hornet its unstoppable machine with very low maintenance and high millage .

Best bike in the 160 segment

I have bought hornet 160r on 30 may 2017.Till now I have ride it 80000 kms .Bike is very much fuel efficient and there is no maintenance .I always do long tour from my bike I haven't got any problem till now. I am very very happy with the bike. Mileage is satisfactory and looks and performance is good. I always change the engine oil on 2500 km to 3000 km .Bike engine is very well till now.
