I have purchased a Falcon Benlz electric scooty. Unfortunately, my scooty’s hub motor got damaged and is no longer working. I am looking to buy a replacement motor.
If any Falcon Benlz user is planning to sell their scooty due to a bad experience or is giving it to a kabadi shop, kindly contact me. I am interested in buying the motor or the scooty.
This will be helpful for both sides – I can get the motor and you can get a better value instead of selling it as scrap.

Taken more than 10,000 extra from the base price. Battery drain and switch off when comes under below 40%. The service provider is very rude and shouting if you say your problem. Never buy this garbage. Once the battery has already been changed but again given a useless battery that drains very fast. One tyre has changed and the whole body sounds now. The service provider takes a huge charge even if you replace a small thing.

Using this bike for over 18 months now, single sit used maybe can make it to 40 km on a single charge, very poor milage for this bike, has a double sit time of 10 km battery drains way too faster, upon buying very first-week whole cluster console stopped working never get repair or replacement, battery indicator does not work to show you actual charge, every day have to charge so don't get stuck in the middle of the ride, customer care and service center is the worse to worse as if not existing, no one cares once you buy it's your problem, very bad experience with service and motorcycle quality, I am surprised people gave good reviews about this bike may be without using they rate it, but no milage no cluster odometer reading no battery % of charge indicator works all and all very bad bike please do not buy this, also selles charged me whooping Seventy-five thousand rupees for this unit and I am regretting buying this.

Totally repenting for buying this bike. The speed limit is set to below 25kmph. The bike is too light in weight so gets scared of vehicles getting skid while riding. The look is great. The servicing and maintenance are very poor. The dealer never ever picks up the phone. He is least bothered about the customer.

They are really hypocrites, they never understand the problem of this scooty, they could not provide valid service, rather they charge illogical service charges.
once they charged some weird charges and I call headquarters, falcon scooty, and the owner of aero motors they say we never help you because you complain against our showroom, they are really foolish.
