Buying experience was too bad as dealer on road price and on road. Huge difference of nearly 15k. Feeling that I became fooled by using fraudulent invoice. There is no clarity on govt subsidy in deal.
Suspension is also too hard that's why i am facing back bone pain problem within two months of use.

Hopelessly bad bike.....The service of the dealer is pathetic. Waste of money. My bike had a fall on the road when a dog crossed suddenly. It has been given to the showroom for repairs and has been lying there unattended for the last month. The dealer does not have a conveyance to send the bike to the workshop. The charger conked off within one month. A used charger was given which also could not survive for 15 days. The dealer replaces it with a new one and asks us to purchase a new charger in case it stops again and no guarantee can be claimed. It's complete cheating and a waste of money buying this bike.

I purchased it to have an eco and budget-friendly vehicle. I wanted to have a smooth experience for my daily ride. However, the vehicle is causing so much trouble. Every day there is one or the other problem. And the charges for the service are too high. The service is pathetic. No response no help and takes weeks and months to repair it that to on such a way that it again gives the same and in fact more issues after a few days. I would not recommend anyone to buy it as this is the worst decision of my life
