I bought an aura electric scooter for one month I am totally disappointed with this vehicle. I have faced many issues with this scooter1. Brake switch damaged2. Front suspension oil seal broken3. Push start button damaged4. Annoying sound from the rear side 5. Charging socket broken6. High beam low beam switch is not working 7. Seat lock broken I only run 2300 km with this vehicle daily I have faced issues with this vehicleDon't buy this vehicle.Save your money and time.

Irresponsible service

Service is very bad, takes more than 1 month for battery and charger service, that time we need another bike or use public transport for the journey, the battery has 3 years warranty but it takes more than 1 month to get serviced (an extra petrol scooter is necessary). If anybody wishes to buy benling aura rethink and buy any other branded models, in my opinion. Is ather 450 is much better than benling.

Poor quality material and service

Low weight, poor shock, low-quality material used for accesories, battery problem, charging problem, poor quality service etc. This vehicle is not worth your payment. This vehicle is ok for only very smooth surface roads at a minimum speed of below 50. Beware sudden brake. Very limited no of service centers and inefficient service persons.
