I bought my tvs jupiter in july 2015 and every kilometer i have clocked on my scooter has been a great experience. For starters , this is a well thought out scooter . Small small things such as the external fuel filler cap , the easy to use main stand,the charging socket,the pass light switch, the econometer that guides me to get an efficiency of 50-55 kmpl , the suspension that works very well on the pothole laden roads of mumbai and the headlights that are brighter than most scooters and even some bikes , end up lifting the overall riding experience as compared to other scooters like the activa .
Riding experience : i ride around 70 kms daily for my office commute and in traffic is where it excels , turning radius is small which makes it easy to fit it in right spaces in traffic and you can't ignore the convenience the cvt offers in traffic. Even on the open roads , it has enough grunt to maintain a speed of 60-70 kmph with a pillion which is more than enough for mumbai. The brakes are great providing good bite and feel.
The looks : it looks good without trying too hard unlike the maestro edge or the zr and to be frank i have used it for two years now and am still not bored of the looks.
Servicing : the service costs have been minimum with the engine oil & the transmission oil being the main cost component . You will incur some extra costs at the 12000 mark regarding spark plug , air filter & other filters.

cons:
-the front panel of the scooter is fibre and in the event of a frontal crash , the insurer may deduct more depreciation as compared to a fully metal scooter as the wego or activa
-the pass light switch doesn't work during the rain.
This is mere nitpicking though and the jupiter is a great scooter to own and to live with and is a benchmark in its segment.

Worst experience ever had in TVS Sarur Showroom, I bought a new bike within 10 days and did start. It was repaired again within 2 days starting the problem. Left for servicing again did start in the showroom. The manager talks rudely with no manner of behaving, their talk is very irresponsible. Simply harassing the customer.

TVs Jupiter look is good but their sales and service are more than worst .. when you visit the service station they will assign a person they will make a long bill and they bill to make a bill of approx 12000 and if you are denied we don't want this thing they will cut everything in angry mode and they will do nothing and make the scooty hell you have to do the servicing again. I wanted to use the service centre for my scooty service whenever I go they will make the bill of 12000 .. @tvs you guys it makes sense your worst service centre is okha service center ..The employee just wants to fool people I am again planning to buy a new bike and I like Apache and raider their look and technology but due to their service centre, I am going with another brand.

In kadapa worst service, If the company can't provide the service they should close all the service centers. Worse experience I had with Tvs and never wanted to buy the product from the company. Before it, I was using Honda Activa and in six years never had complained about anything. Please arrange good spare parts.

The buying experience is also very good for Rajpoot tvs dealer riding experience this is very fast this scooty looks and performance is also very good service maintenance charges are the lowest of this scooty this scooty top speed is 90km per hour and the mileage is 50Km this is also very good, thanks to tvs company.

I have no words to tell just an awesome scooty with extreme comfort you just buy it best mileage in the segment services are cheap nice braking good speed 🚅 best handling and smoothness is awesome 👍 and awesome looks awesome road performance and the wheel size is also big, pickup is unbelievable 0 - 60 in just 10 seconds.

I had bed experience with Jupiter In less than 2400km front wheel shock absorber was found oil leaking The dealer accepted abt defective oil seal Got it serviced but he charged me for the seal & hydraulic oil Why? What's the user's fault in .. Or shall I say buying TVS Jupiter is not a correct decision? I complain to TVS call centre.. but no proper response.

I have no words to tell just an awesome scooty with extreme comfort you just buy it best mileage in the segment services are cheap nice braking good speed 🚅 best handling and smoothness is awesome 👍 and awesome looks awesome road performance and the wheel size is also big, pickup is unbelievable 0 - 60 in just 10 seconds.

I had bed experience with Jupiter In less than 2400km front wheel shock absorber was found oil leaking The dealer accepted abt defective oil seal Got it serviced but he charged me for the seal & hydraulic oil Why? What's the user's fault in .. Or shall I say buying TVS Jupiter is not a correct decision? I complain to TVS call centre.. but no proper response.

Don't buy Jupiter vehicle this vehicle is very bad experienced a lot of problems lot of repairs trouble on the road customer also talking not properly mechanic also problem told take it easy worse bike Don't buy please repair not properly one problem hundred times mechanics are talking not properly so don't buy Jupiter vehicle.
