TVS Motor Company has announced an extension of the deadline for free service and warranty for vehicles that were due between March and April 2020. The company had previously extended the free service availability and warranty until June 2020. The Hosur-based manufacturer has now extended the support until 31 July 2020.
The extension aims to ensure that the customers do not lose the benefits due to the country-wide lockdown during the months of March and April 2020. Moreover, the company is looking to continue delivering support to its customers during these challenging times.
In more updates, TVS has resumed production operations at its factories in Hosur, Mysuru and Nalagarh in a phased manner. TVS said that the market is opening up gradually post the lockdown, and the company is witnessing a positive uptake in both domestic retail as well as exports.
