Rumour: Kawasaki Ninja S2 under development

Kawasaki might be working on another supercharged motorcycle. As per Young Machine, this motorcycle, the Ninja S2, will be powered by a new 650cc supercharged engine.

This mill is rumoured to be the one that powers the Ninja 650 and the ER6n. The same magazine has released an image of the motorcycle which sports the same mirror finish paint that was first seen on the Ninja H2.  

The bike looks somewhat similar to the Ninja 650 but carries more aggressive styling. While the Ninja 650 and the ER6n are inclined towards touring and street riding respectively, the Ninja S2 would be sportier and might be placed between a sports tourer and a super sport.

This new motorcycle is expected to be unveiled at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show. After the global launch, we are expecting this bike to come to India.
