KTM 125 Duke Ride Photo Gallery

Here is the detailed photo gallery of the KTM 125 Duke from our recent ride at the manufacturer’s test track.

The 125 Duke shares most of its styling and underpinnings with its bigger sibling, the 200 Duke. However, it gets a fresh set of decals that set it apart from the latter. 

Along with a new skin, the 125 Duke gets a smaller bored version of the 199cc, single-cylinder engine housed inside a tubular steel trellis frame. 

This 124cc motor produces 14.3bhp at 9250rpm and 12Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm.  It is mated to a six-speed transmission. 

The KTM 125 Duke isn’t as belligerent as its other siblings and offers a linear power delivery. It is capable of achieving a top speed of 108kmph. 

Keeping up with its streetfighter appeal, the bike has a slightly aggressive yet upright riding position thanks to the wide handlebar and rear-set foot pegs. 

It comes to a halt using a 300mm disc at the front wheel and a 230mm disc at the rear along with a single-channel ABS unit as standard.

These brakes are the same units used on the 200 Duke and considering that the 125 Duke is a smaller bike, offer commendable bite and progression. 

The bike rides on 17-inch wheels that are suspended from 43mm inverted front forks and a monoshock at the rear. 

At Rs 1.18 lakhs (ex-showroom), the 125 Duke is expensive. Although it makes up for its pricing with the first-in-class features it offers.
