Bajaj Auto’s January sales up by 2 per cent

Bajaj Auto has reported a growth of 2.35 per cent in its motorcycles sales for the month of January. The company sold 3,01,361 units as compared to 2,94,439 units in the same month last year.

The company’s export increased by 9.82 per cent at 1,28,482 units compared to 1,16,996 units in last January.

Bajaj had launched the Discover 100T in January to fill the void in the premium 100cc segment. With this product and upcoming motorcycles like the Duke 390 and the Pulsar 375, the company will try to cash on more sales and gain more market share.
