Exclusive: Kawasaki Ninja 650R gets 2013 paint scheme in India

Bajaj has silently launched the updated Kawasaki Ninja 650R with the 2013 paint scheme. The new version is now available at all the KTM branded showrooms and has a waiting period of up to two months.

2013 Kawasaki Ninja gets optional ABS, new tyres and one more paint option in the global markets. However, these updates are not offered in India. It is still available only in green colour and anti-lock brakes are not even a part of options list.

The only change to the Indian version is the paint scheme. The green motorcycle now gets a blacked-out face with similar treatment to the fairing, which makes it look lot more aggressive.

Fortunately, there is no change in the pricing, but we would have been really happy if Bajaj had offered the MY 2013 version with all the bells and whistles.
