Buying experience not so friendly. Dealer didn't seem interested in selling the ntorq. When asked if blue was available he said at least 1 month waiting but red was available. So i took the red as it would have been toss-up between blue and red. Riding experience is the best so far considering that i have owned a 2015 fascino and 2018 honda activia 125. I rode the activa for 3 months and it was in and out of the dealership for a long list of issues. I sold it soon as the carburettor was replaced on my last visit. I took the money and bought the ntorq. The looks are impressive and the digitised display is nice but not sure if the sports or street mode will be a useful feature for me. It would make more sense if selecting a mode caused the engine and suspension to change. Now that would be better. A comfort mode and sports mode where the throttle and suspension changed as per our choice.The ride comfort and handling is what i liked most about the ntorq. It's not stiff and not too soft it's seems be be setup well for our world class leading roads. Acceleration with me on board (55kg) got me from zero to 60kmph quickly. But with me and my friend who is maybe guessing 70kg on board it took a little effort as it got to 60kmph but afterwards the engine did its job maintaining speed nicely. Loved the low end growl from the muffler at between idle and 20kmph but pull back harder and that beautiful sound turns into a strange strained noise which sounds similar to any other scooter in the indian market. I haven't had it long enough to service it but the delivery and 1st 200km seems to have gone without a hitch. The only gripe i have is the instruction Manuel has no instructions on how to operate the centre console. Strange consider that this feature was a major selling point on the ntorq. Long story short, i think tvs has come a long way with this scooter. The fit and finish are top notch and on several fronts better than their japanese and italian rivals. I am proud to see an Indian company building such world class products for the Indian market.

1. The buying experience with the dealer was smooth. Delivered the bike as per the promised date.2. Riding experience is awesome, you can feel the smoothness compared to other bikes in the same category. The special part is the switchover between Race and Street mode on the run, super3. It has a stunning look, people look at you as if you are someone special riding with all the gears and the performance of the bike is also awesome be it milage or speed, you will definitely enjoy4. Service and maintenance from the dealer is not good. I had a bad experience with them. After service have to call them back for the issues unresolved. The service centre here in my area (Paravur, Kollam) is not good in fact is of no use. have to look for an alternative.5. Pros: Speed and milage, Looks and features especially the switch mode between Race and Street (Ntroq Race XP). The sound of the engine is awesome feels like Turbo fixed.Cons: Service is bad. There should be a pass key on the right side near to front brake.

TVS customer service is the best in the market, I experienced a very good attitude from TVs when I went to buy a new Ntorq, which comes with high performance, good riding postures, nice torque, instant pick up, overall I love it, stylish trendy looks with lovely colors, sporty, nice loud exhaust sound, and also servicing price is very reasonable and nice.

Horrible experience

First 6 months the performance was good, but now I am going to sell the bike, because of poor service, and loud noise coming from the engine side of the vehicle, I spent around 10k to solve this issue, and now people are laughing at me when I am riding this bike, terrible experience. Don't go for these shit vehicles guys. I never suggest this vehicle to anyone..

I bought it from a local multibrand dealership at a price of 75k , and my buying experience was very good👍 , the scooter I bought is in very good condition and love to ride it and it's very powerful, it looks very aerodynamic and aggressive, I love it but one thing I don't like that is the short seat.

It was amazing Ntorq. I was the owner for the last 6 Years almost running 80000Km. I feel amazed when i ride. Daily routine work for commute is very easy and adorable. I very much delighted and happy after buying this Ntorq. Thanks to TVS for introducing Ntorq. Hope TVS will provide this vehicle most muscular and heavy.

It's my first scooty so I wanted to buy something with good power and a college look as I go to college. In its segment, only Yamaha Ray Zr exist which has better mileage but here you get a digital display Bluetooth connection and in my opinion better look and power.

It has a stunning look, people look at you as if you are someone special riding with all the gears and the performance of the bike is also awesome be it milage or speed, you will definitely enjoy4. Service and maintenance from the dealer is not good. I had a bad experience with them. After service have to call them back for the issues unresolved. The service centre here in my area (Paravur, Kollam) is not good in fact is of no use. have to look for an alternative.5. Pros: Speed and milage, Looks and features especially the switch mode between Race and Street (Ntroq Race XP). The sound of the engine is awesome feels like Turbo fixed.Cons: Service is bad. There should be a pass key on the right side near to front brake.

I change the oil after 2500 Kms as I ride around 90 kms daily without a pit stop. Check tyre pressure periodically. Do the service as required (if used daily for the long run).

TVS customer service is the best in the market, I experienced a very good attitude from TVs when I went to buy a new Ntorq, which comes with high performance, good riding postures, nice torque, instant pick up, overall I love it, stylish trendy looks with lovely colors, sporty, nice loud exhaust sound, and also servicing price is very reasonable and nice.

First 6 months the performance was good, but now I am going to sell the bike, because of poor service, and loud noise coming from the engine side of the vehicle, I spent around 10k to solve this issue, and now people are laughing at me when I am riding this bike, terrible experience. Don't go for these shit vehicles guys. I never suggest this vehicle to anyone..

I bought it from a local multibrand dealership at a price of 75k , and my buying experience was very good👍 , the scooter I bought is in very good condition and love to ride it and it's very powerful, it looks very aerodynamic and aggressive, I love it but one thing I don't like that is the short seat.

Buy for performance and style not to save money

It's my first scooty so I wanted to buy something with good power and a college look as I go to college. In its segment, only Yamaha Ray Zr exist which has better mileage but here you get a digital display Bluetooth connection and in my opinion better look and power.
