The buying experience is very bad they don't have any showroom. We have to go to Yelahaka to take the delivery. Riding experience is very good but the range what they have said is not true. Servicing and maintenance were the worst. They are not providing proper service to the customer. They are careless while we call they are not picking up the call properly still there are huge issues with the software.

I have taken delivery on 14th April.
1st problem is they don't deliver at the showroom. Delivery is done at the basement of the R & D center located in Tech Park.
Customer care response is very poor.
Build quality and performance is top-notch. But, there are some performance issues where power drops suddenly for a couple of seconds. 105-65kmph in sonic, 90-45kmph in dash. 70-25 in ride mode and 56-11kmph in eco mode.
When it comes to application. To date, it's not mapped with my credentials. You can't trace any real-time data. There's no remote control on your vehicle through the application.
Importantly there's no auto power cut-off after 100% charging. There's no Bluetooth connectivity.
Being the costliest e-scooter in the current market. It doesn't feel value for money. I feel like riding a test vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to buy until another 1-2yrs. Let R & D resolve the existing issues.

I seen photos and specifications really very smart, good scooter. I want to buy this. Now a days environment condition this is very good option. Lcd screen and digital screen very nice. High driving range, top speed and weight is very good for long drives. Front look is very good. Light and indicators are good.

Looks good, and performance is likely above expectations. No doubt this vehicle is going rock, we took it yesterday day and found it really amazing at the first ride, the range seems to be accurate with what it has come with, vehicle is lighter yet stronger. The chassis is strong enough to carry 2 people.

Any other scooter which gives such a range. only scooter with the highest ride range completely go with the scooter if it gives 236 range it will be the best part of it to encourage the ev era and discontinue petrol scooters hope matches the built quality of present petrol scooters

Super pickup and speed, be tension free of battery discharging. Enjoy the communication ride. Live life to work and enjoy stop worrying about the bike.
