Despite caution from many, I decided to buy the OLA S1Pro, and I must say the experience was quite good. In <6 months, problems begin to crop up ( brake pad, charging cap opening) and most recently HANDLE WILL NOT UNLOCK, I realise, customer support is TERRIBLE. DON'T BUY!! I have had a very bad experience trying to get OLA to get their Road Side Assist to take my scooter to their experience centre. After this was finally done, the scooter would not unlock the very next day. I am now in warranty and will be out of it very soon. As it ages, I am sure there are going to be a lot more such issues, which I dread. If you are ready to be stranded on the street not knowing what to do, please go ahead and buy!!!

It is a nice bike and runs long kilometers on one charge. It is price-efficient and cost-efficient. I am so happy to bring this bike. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike to everyone.

1, more than 45 days for delivery of the vehicles2, no proper customer service3, have to wait for 50 minutes to connect with the ola executive on customer care4, no proper response was provided by executive5, poor after-sales service6, delay in the registration process, 7, temporary registration also will be there. Unnecessarily.
