Energica has made known its intention to unveil a new motorcycle concept at the upcoming EICMA 2016 in Italy.
The company says that this new model is an evolution of design and technologies already adopted on the Energica models. Energica went on to say that this new concept will approach the most recent motorcycle market trends. This one statement has surely got a lot of us excited. The current market trends show the scrambler and adventure bikes as the favourites.
While the company already has a naked (Eva) and a supersport models (Ego), the next obvious thing would be an adventure, if the current trend is to be believed. However, Energica being an electric bike company, having an adventure bike won’t be a good idea as it needs a massive travel range, which unfortunately, hasn’t been cracked for electric bikes, yet.
Our next best guess would be a Scrambler, but will the market accept an electric Scrambler? Well, let’s wait for EICMA and we’ll have an answer.
