Joy e-bike Scooters

The bike was purchased for Rs 80,000 nine months ago. Its top speed would reach 30 km/h, and the battery wouldn't last more than three days. The daily commute was approximately 12 km. The dealer, Chaskar Enterprise, is pathetic and lacks moral values. The scooter purchased 9 months back covered 2000kms, the battery failed and we returned the battery to Chaskar Enterprise to know the issue. Chaskar Enterprise didn’t open the battery to see what the issue was as they did not have the skilled technicians to do it. After 10 days, we received a video from Chaskar Enterprise, claiming that water damage was the cause of the battery failure. My main contention is: why wasn't the battery opened in front of us to verify the presence of water? It raises doubts about the competency of Chaskar Enterprise's technicians, as our scooter is always parked under a shade and we do not wash the scooter through pipes. As consumers, we deserve transparency, especially when it comes to such significant purchases. Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that the responsibility is being shifted onto us, the consumers. This incident is not isolated but rather indicative of a larger problem with the company's malpractices. The recurring failure of the Joy model is alarming and underscores the need for immediate action. I strongly believe that both Chaskar Enterprise and the company should be held accountable for their actions. Legal action, including the cancellation of licenses, should be pursued to prevent further exploitation of consumers.

Do not buy Joy Ebike, waste of money, Dealers are closing business, Big promise of sales but no after-sales service, not giving running 20 km at one charge, cheap quality accessories, do not last longer, and less than one year started giving problems like average, brakes, headlights, stay away from it.
