Very Bad Bike. Hero hf Deluxe
I purchased this bike on 23 October 2023 but after 6month the battery is very Bad. Hero agency does not work properly they don't have a battery on his agency.
They trouble me and say go there go to where to get a battery and waste my time 4-5 days.
I really won't buy the Hero bike again and don't recommend to others to buy this bike.
So bad bike and not supportive hero agencies.
They are only selling his bike not giving support and customer service.

It's been more than 6 years since I had this bike. When I was in 12th class, my father gave it to me and my younger brother because there were extra classes early in the morning and we used to go early. This bike has proved to be very lucky for us because it did a lot of work like making us study, bringing the goods to the shop, etc.
