There are many manufacturing defects & many of your scooters are faulty which is causing a lot of issues.Before thinking about investing your big hard-earned money in this Bounce Infinity scooter, research & study their after-sales service & support & then only take your decision.Once this scooter stops will only start after months because the company has a 100% focus on sales & marketing but they will not look into after-sale support. I'm one of the live examples.

Horrible vehicle- Avoid purching Infinity Bounce

Manufacturing defects Poor service. Servicing pickup and drop charges are high. Not maintaining time commitments. In spite of writing to the founder and CEO of the company the servicing and the manufacturing defects did not result in very very poor service. My sincere opinion and feedback about this vehicle is that for the 65 a.m. range please do not purchase it.

Please don't purchase, so no question of tips. The 65 range is terrible. Poor service. Manufacturing defects were not resolved even after writing and requesting to the CEO.

Not worth buying troublesome experience

My worst experience with bounce infinity the scooter gives some problems every few months mine is not working for the last two weeks with no resolution of the issue from the service center which is the only one in the whole city and is 25 kms away from my place they don't have enough technicians, types of equipment half month if the scooter is not working what is the use, the company doesn't respond no after-sale service anything, I have to contact again still no resolution, kindly do not buy this scooter you will go through a lot of problems as I have talked to many other fellow users they have a same bad experience.
