  • TVS Ronin
TVS Ronin: Retro Charm with Modern Performance - A Comprehensive Review
    1 day ago
    Arijit Roy
The TVS Ronin is a well-rounded motorcycle that caters to both city commuters and touring enthusiasts. Its 225.9cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine delivers a peppy performance with a strong low and mid-range pull. The bike's comfortable ergonomics, plush ride quality, and agile handling make it a capable city companion. Additionally, the Ronin is equipped with a host of modern features like full-LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist, and dual-channel ABS. While the top-end variant's price of Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom) may seem steep, the bike offers good value with its comprehensive feature list. The only downsides are the lack of dual-channel ABS across the range and slightly underwhelming highway performance. Overall, the TVS Ronin is a well-executed retro-styled motorcycle that strikes a good balance between style, technology, and practicality.

The KTM 250 Duke gets a design inspired by the KTM 1290 Super Duke. The motorcycle also gets a dual-channel supermoto ABS mode. The 250 Duke continues to be powered by a BS6-compliant 248.8 cc single-cylinder engine which makes 30.50 bhp of power at 9250 rpm and 25 Nm of peak torque at 7250 rpm all is good in this bike.

  • Hero Karizma XMR
Live the Legend with Hero Karizma XMR: A New Era of Riding
    1 day ago
    Vikas Gupta
For many who grew up in the 90s, the Hero Karizma was more than just a bike; it was a symbol of aspiration and freedom. The relaunch of the Karizma XMR has brought back not just a motorcycle, but a flood of memories and emotions for those who dreamed of riding one during their formative years. The Hero Karizma XMR is a bike that seeks to blend legacy with modernity, bringing forward a storied name in Indian motorcycling with contemporary updates that cater to today’s riders. Here’s an in-depth look at what the Karizma XMR offers and how it stacks up against the competition. The Hero Karizma XMR exudes a striking presence with its sleek and aggressive design. The sharp lines, sculpted fuel tank, and aerodynamic fairing give it a sporty look that is bound to turn heads. The dual-tone color schemes and LED lighting add a touch of modernity, making the bike visually appealing both day and night. At the heart of the Karizma XMR lies a robust 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers a respectable power output. The engine is smooth and responsive, providing ample torque for city commuting and enough power for spirited highway rides. The bike boasts a well-tuned exhaust note that complements its sporty character. The Karizma XMR’s chassis is designed for agility and stability. The bike’s suspension setup, featuring telescopic front forks and a mono-shock rear, absorbs road imperfections effectively, offering a comfortable ride even on rough surfaces. The handling is precise, making it easy to maneuver through city traffic while also providing confidence during high-speed cornering. Hero has equipped the Karizma XMR with a host of modern features. The fully digital instrument cluster provides all necessary information at a glance, including speed, fuel level, trip details, and gear position. Additionally, the bike comes with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to sync their smartphones for navigation and call alerts. Safety is a priority with the Karizma XMR. The bike features a disc brake setup at both the front and rear, coupled with a dual-channel ABS system. This ensures strong and predictable braking performance, enhancing rider confidence in various riding conditions. The Karizma XMR offers a rider-friendly ergonomics setup with a slightly leaned-forward stance that strikes a balance between sporty and comfortable. The seat is well-cushioned, providing good support for long rides, while the pillion seat is spacious enough to accommodate a passenger comfortably. In terms of fuel efficiency, the Karizma XMR performs admirably for its segment. It strikes a good balance between performance and economy, making it a practical choice for daily commuting as well as weekend getaways. The Hero Karizma XMR is a well-rounded motorcycle that successfully revives a legendary nameplate with modern enhancements. It offers a compelling mix of style, performance, and practicality, making it an attractive option for riders seeking a versatile sports bike. While it faces stiff competition in its segment, the Karizma XMR’s blend of legacy and contemporary features helps it stand out. For those looking to live the legend, the Hero Karizma XMR is certainly worth considering. It captures the essence of what made the Karizma legendary while meeting the expectations of today’s riders. Whether you’re reliving your youth or experiencing the legend for the first time, the Karizma XMR promises an emotional and exhilarating ride. While the Hero Karizma XMR brings a lot to the table, it’s essential to consider some of its drawbacks to provide a balanced view. Here are some cons of the Hero Karizma XMR: The Karizma XMR, with its premium features and legacy branding, comes at a higher price point compared to some of its competitors. This might deter budget-conscious buyers who are looking for more cost-effective options. With advanced features and technology, the maintenance costs for the Karizma XMR can be higher. Parts and servicing for premium bikes often come at a premium price, which could be a concern for long-term ownership. Weight: The Karizma XMR, like many sport-touring bikes, may have a higher weight compared to more lightweight commuter bikes. This can affect maneuverability in heavy traffic and may require more effort from the rider during city commutes.

Good for all of you Bike is very good for long-distance touring, and short runs, and the mileage is also good, it gives me always around 38-40 kmpl (yes!!), I use this machine for city riding highways and some off-road too, this bike always makes me happy in any riding condition, power and pickup are too good in this segment, and I never face any road issues...
